The “Europe for 65+” project aims to raise public awareness of the rights of older people and inform both those aged 65 and above and civil society actors about age discrimination and the need for a National Plan on Ageing. Project activities include the creation of a handbook on the rights of older people based on EU principles and values, with the goal of disseminating knowledge to stakeholders and individuals aged 65 and above.

Target groups:

  1. People aged 65 and older from all regions of Greece
  2. Organizations and CSOs in Greece that deal with older adults and/or advocacy
  3. Other interested parties such as Local Government entities and state organizations involved in initiatives for aging
  4. The general public
