Call: Protecting and Promoting EU rights and values
Project Duration: 12 months
Budget: 59.942,72€
Country: Greece
Location: National level

The project aims to enhance policy dialogue on Supported Employment (SE), recognized as the most effective work inclusion practice for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism (IDaA). SE involves supporting both employees with IDaA and their employers to facilitate adaptation and ensure job retention for both parties. The project encompasses various activities, including a survey targeting employees with IDaA and employers to identify their needs. Additionally, it involves sharing best practices through collaboration with an organization from France, conducting awareness-raising and engagement activities with key beneficiaries, and implementing dialogue sessions with policymakers. The insights gathered from these activities will inform proposals for policy formulation that will be submitted to policymakers.

Target Groups:

The project’s beneficiaries include individuals with IDaA and their families, national-level service providers, and companies and enterprises legally committed to employing people with disabilities.
