The project responds to the urgent need to address the institutional invisibility and political under-representation of people experiencing extreme poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion. The project’s goal is to strengthen the political effectiveness and advocacy capacity of stakeholders through participatory and evidence-based interventions. Actions foreseen include: training individuals to perform the roles of facilitator and social tour guide; workshops with institutions; participatory research; mapping institutional barriers; an awareness-raising campaign; drafting a Rights Guide, and submitting policy proposals.

Target groups:

  • People experiencing housing insecurity and/or homelessness, and severe material and social deprivation
