The vocational guidance process for people with disabilities is insufficient and not adapted to their needs. This leads to people with disabilities being presented with limited choices, both in education and the labour market. The absence of scientifically sound and accessible vocational guidance tools leads to people with disabilities making the wrong decisions, thereby increasing their unemployment rate. The project aims to create a scientifically-validated self-report vocational interest questionnaire for pupils and students with disabilities, to ensure the reliability, accessibility and usefulness of the results for their study and career choices.

Target groups:

  • Pupils and students with disabilities (from secondary school to 25 years old), mainly with autistic spectrum and sensory disabilities
  • Career counsellors
  • Employers
