The project aims to promote healthy sexual behaviour in, and the holistic well-being of, children with a focus on the local community of Chios. Recognizing the fundamental role of comprehensive sexuality education in shaping healthy sexual identities and preventing negative behaviours, the project seeks to strengthen the capacity of key stakeholders – parents, guardians and teachers – to provide accurate and age-appropriate information and support to children and parents. This objective will be achieved through a planned approach that includes awareness raising, information provision, and the systematization of communication and understanding between teachers and parents by means of fruitful dialogue, the provision of useful tools for teachers, and the creation and dissemination of accessible and engaging educational material in storybook format for children.
