The provision allowing information requests to be submitted under Law 3861/2010 is hardly used, and collaboration between CSOs, journalists and legal advisers is fragmented. The goal of the project is to equip the staff of 15 local organizations (120 people in total), 80 young citizens and 20 journalists with the essential skills and institutional knowledge they need to request access to public documents, to methodically monitor public procurement contracts, and to draft evidence-based policy briefs aimed at good governance.
