The project seeks to strengthen participatory and consultative democracy in an era of rapid social and technological change. The transformations brought about by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are confronting socio-cultural CSOs with new challenges and opportunities. Socio-cultural CSOs are currently facing critical issues including the future of work, intellectual property rights, the ethical use of technology, and the potential reinforcing of inequalities. Although the impacts are already visible, there has been insufficient public debate to date, and no institutional framework has been put in place to ensure social justice in the AI era. The aim of the project is to participatorily draw up an Action Plan for Social Justice in the AI era which will form the basis for future regulatory frameworks.
Target groups:
- Socio-cultural CSOs in Greece and the EU
- Decision-makers (national, regional and municipal levels)
- Universities and research centres
