Polis Forum aims to promote inclusive, participatory, and deliberative governance by piloting a structured consultation process — rooted in the Citizens’ Jury model that fosters dialogue between citizens, civil society, and authorities, and contributes to more transparent and informed policy and decision-making. Activities include: (a) a targeted training programme for CSOs and public officials on Citizens’ Jury design and facilitation, (b) the establishment of a Civic Advisory Panel to guide the process and connect outcomes with policymaking, and (c) the organisation of a 3-day pilot Citizens’ Jury in Nicosia. Drawing from the pilot experience and stakeholder feedback, the project will produce a comprehensive Policy Roadmap with actionable recommendations for the model’s institutionalisation.
