Members of the network include Bodossaki Foundation, Fondation BNP Paribas, Fondation CHANEL, Fondazione con il Sud, Fondation de France, Fondation RAJA-Dani\u00e8le Marcovici, King Baudouin Foundation, and L&#8217;Or\u00e9al Fund for Women.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The network has announced a new call for proposals with a total budget of \u20ac2.7 million, aimed at strengthening long-term collaboration among European grassroots organisations so that they can collectively advance gender equality across Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The call is addressed to coalitions of at least three organisations based in the EU, the UK, the Western Balkans, or Armenia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Bodossaki Foundation&#8217;s participation in the Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe (AGEE) makes project proposals from Greece eligible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The expected outcomes of the funded initiatives are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strengthening local and national organisations working on gender equality<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Developing pan-European collaborations among feminist organisations<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Expanding alliances between gender equality organisations and other social justice movements<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Amplifying voices and positions in favour of gender equality at local, national, regional, and digital levels<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Contributing, through feminist organisations, to the shaping of gender equality policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Indicative funded activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">National, regional, or pan-European convenings and collaborative projects for joint strategy-building and knowledge-sharing<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Joint campaigns between feminist organisations and other social justice movements (climate justice, anti-racism, LGBTQI+, disability rights, etc.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Training for grassroots organisations in communication strategy and the use of digital communication tools<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Cross-border alliances for joint advocacy with European and national institutions on gender equality issues<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Convenings for national or cross-country coalitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Priority will be given to grassroots organisations supporting marginalised women, trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Key funding details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Grant amount: \u20ac225,000\u2013\u20ac450,000 per coalition over a three-year period (January 2027\u2013December 2029)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">An estimated 6\u201312 coalitions are expected to be funded<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Application deadline (1st stage): by 7 August 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">For more information on the application process and eligibility criteria, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/alliance-genderequality.org\/call-for-proposals-strengthening-movements-for-gender-equality\/\">call on the Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe website<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe (AGEE), a network of European philanthropic organisations, was established in 2021 to advance gender equality across Europe, hosted by the Network of European Foundations (NEF).
