The Bodossaki Foundation is a public benefit organisation, founded in 1972 in order to continue the contribution made to Greek society by its founder, Prodromos Bodossakis Athanassiades. Its vision is a society of equal opportunities, with possibilities and prospects for all.<\/p>\n
To promote this vision, the Foundation funds, plans and implements, in alignment with its principles of transparency, accountability and integrity, projects and programmes associated with its four strategic action pillars: promoting education, improving healthcare, protecting the environment and empowering Civil Society. Since its foundation it has made available over \u20ac480 million to further its goals.<\/p>\n
Today the Bodossaki Foundation also acts as a catalyst for fostering a broader culture of contribution in Greek society by managing resources on behalf of third parties \u2014from international institutions, other foundations, corporations, and individuals\u2014who wish to fund programmes with a significant social impact on Greek society.<\/p>\n
