Coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social Dynamo<\/a>, the NGO Hub of the Bodossaki Foundation, in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/ngo-sc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NGO Support Centre<\/a>, the programme\u2019s ultimate goal is to increase the effectiveness and social impact of CSOs and to ensure their long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The Capacity Building Programme includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposal Writing Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Information and Awareness-Raising Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Organisational Development Training Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Professional Support Services<\/li>\n<li>Specialised Training on European Legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Capacity Building Programme will begin by supporting organisations in project design, with Proposal Writing Workshops and Information and Awareness-Raising Workshops to be held in both Greece and Cyprus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal Writing Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These workshops will take place from March to May in six cities in Greece and Cyprus, as well as online:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11\/03\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-athina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Athens<\/a><\/li>\n<li>18\/03\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-thessaloniki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Thessaloniki<\/a><\/li>\n<li>21\/03\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-kalamata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Kalamata<\/a><\/li>\n<li>09\/04\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Online Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Greece<\/a><\/li>\n<li>11\/04\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-lesvos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Lesvos<\/a><\/li>\n<li>05\/05\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-online-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Online Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Greece<\/a><\/li>\n<li>12\/03\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-kypros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Nicosia<\/a><\/li>\n<li>02\/04\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-online-kypros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Limassol<\/a><\/li>\n<li>09\/04\/2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ergastirio-syngrafis-aitiseon-gia-to-programma-plato-online-kypros-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Online Proposal Writing Workshop \u2013 Cyprus (in English)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information and Awareness-Raising Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These workshops will focus on \u2018The Role of Civil Society in Building a Strong Rule of Law in the EU.\u2019 Eight three-hour workshops will be offered, led by two European civil society networks: NENO (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heakodanik.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Network of Estonian Non-profit Organisations<\/u><\/a>, Estonia) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnvos.si\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>CNVSOs<\/u> <\/a>(Slovenia). These workshops will share best practices from Estonia, Slovenia, and the EU, highlighting the role of CSOs in promoting the rule of law and encouraging candidate organisations to submit impactful proposals.<\/p>\n<p>Following the selection of funded organisations, the Capacity Building Programme will continue, offering training workshops on organisational development and professional support services. These services will include group mentoring, executive coaching, legal and tax advisory services, and targeted networking activities.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a series of specialised training sessions on European legislation will be offered to increase the capacity of CSOs to defend the EU\u2019s democratic values, strengthen freedom of speech, improve security, prevent cybercrime, combat disinformation, and address hate speech attacks. While these training opportunities will primarily benefit the funded organisations, they will also be open to the broader civil society sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Capacity Building Programme includes both optional and mandatory activities for the funded CSOs.
