The CB programme will be coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/en\/\">Social Dynamo<\/a>, the NGO Hub of the Bodossaki Foundation, in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/ngo-sc.org\/\">NGO Support Centre<\/a>. The purpose of capacity building for organizations is to increase their effectiveness and social impact, achieve their objectives, and enhance their sustainability over time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"group\/conversation-turn relative flex w-full min-w-0 flex-col agent-turn\">\n<div class=\"flex-col gap-1 md:gap-3\">\n<div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full\">\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto gap-2\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"6a9ad31f-1bf2-44b9-9f63-0541c9c14876\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 juice:empty:hidden juice:first:pt-[3px]\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\">\n<p>The Capacity Building Programme will start with the support of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), that are interested in applying for a grant under this programme, and it will include project design assistance through \u2018how to apply\u2019 workshops, as well as a training session on developing child protection policies. In addition, a wide range of professional support services will be offered, including team mentoring, executive coaching, advisory services on legal and tax matters and targeted networking activities.<\/p>\n<p>Capacity building activities are divided into optional and mandatory. The following activities are mandatory for funded CSOs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of the Capacity Mapping (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngocapacitymap.gr\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.ngocapacitymap.gr\/en\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Participation in at least three of the training workshops offered as part of the 40-hour programme on organizational development.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the thematic training seminars, totaling 12 hours, on the EU legislative framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10131 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bodossaki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EU-ENG-297x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"136\" height=\"137\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bodossaki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EU-ENG-297x300.jpg 297w, https:\/\/www.bodossaki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EU-ENG-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.bodossaki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EU-ENG.jpg 303w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 136px) 85vw, 136px\" \/><br \/>\nFunded by the European Union.
