In 1971, Bodossakis made a grant for the purchase of a plot of 45.7 acres and funded the construction of the Bodossakeio Primary School of the Athens College, whose truly model, state-of-the-art facilities were inaugurated in September 1977.

In 1978, the building was awarded the Distinguished Building Award by the American Institute of Architects (AIA Chicago).

The total costs covered by the Foundation for this project amounted to €53,500,000 in current prices. Today, this completely green area of land is also home to other fully modern facilities of the primary schools complex of the Athens College.
